Happy Halloween

Hey guys! Happy Halloween! You all know how much I love this holiday. Another year goes by and I am still in Brasil, not trick or treating. But let's just leave that for another time. I am happy to say that at school I had an assignment as to which my whole class had to work together, we had to decorate the whole classroom and present something that had to do with halloween. We decided that everyone would dress up as if we wore actually going to have a party, that in a way was. After all we did take food, drinks and some candy.

We presented a dance of the Zombie's, that ended up being the guys dressed with ripped white tee's painted with red paint and dirt. That was entirely improvise, no one had planned it. But it has an amazing touch up for the whole presentation. We only presented to our English, Literature and History teacher.

They ended up loving it, to my view it could have gone better. We organized everything, one thing on top of the other. Livia, Laryssa and I presented the whole thing. I spoke about the origin of Halloween, Livia about the legends of witches and Laryssa about halloween in Brasil. As to what many don't know, we do celebrate halloween, just that we, brazilians, create thematic parties of halloween. Normally privet, some you'll have to pay for and other's are open to the public. That are more often to be during the day for kids and family friendly programs. There's no type of tradition, we just party in costumes until the sun comes up.
