Music Festivals

don’t know about you guys but this is one of the most important years of my life. I’m FINALLY a senior in Highschool, I turn 18 this year, I’ve got a date with the brazilian PSATS somewhere in November and I we just MOVED to one of the coolest places in Brazil. RIO! So you can imagine probably imagine why 2017 is a big year for me.

I was on Spotify the other day and looked into that feature that tells you about concerts in your city or anywhere you want to know about. I couldn’t resist living in Rio and not look into the concerts that will happen during this year. Although I don’t have enough many to go see them all, neither do I have the minimum age to get in (18 and over) doesn’t mean I can’t dream or make plans after October comes around right?

For a really long time I have been wanting to go to all the kinds of Music Festivals as I can! Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, Tomorrow Land, Coachella and all the other big music concerts/festivals there are that I don’t know about.

If you're anything like me you’re always looking into pictures, youtube vlogs about these kind of things. Now that I am living in Rio there are going to be a whole bunch of opportunities to see my favorite bands/singers. Starting with Rock in Rio. One of the biggest concerts of the world, there is Rock in Rio Lisboa, Portugal and Rock in Rio Las Vegas, USA. But we all know that the real party is here, Rio de Janeiro. The Original! The event goes on for an entire week with concerts starting from 10 am until around 1 am the next day. You are allowed to buy the Passport that allows accesses for all of the shows the entire week. Selling on Pre-Order around R$ 500.00 and more. The minimum age to entire without a guardian our legal responsible is 16+, I’m trying to convince my mom to let me go. This year the event starts September 17th and goes until September 22ed. The tickets from what I’ve seen have a variety within the day and show chosen.

Lollapalooza is also international, I remember I was a kid and all the cool kids use to say how cool the show was, but no one had the opportunity to go and see it live, no one I knew at least. They use to comment from what they had seen on MTV. Here in Brazil the event is in Sao Paulo, all the brazilian youtubers were invited to go and show how much fun it was and stuff like that. You know the normal advertising as always and it totally worked! After seeing the vloggs and snapchats and instagrams makes me want to go even more. I’m not sure if in the USA, the event still lives but here it only losses to Rock in Rio as one of the most busiest music gathering here. The tickets also have a varity, the cheapest is around R$150.00 and go up to R$800.00 maybe even more. The shows are mostly based on Pop, although the Red Hot Chilly Peppers performed in 2014.

Tomorrowland is a dream. The idea of camping for me only seems appealing if it has to do with Tomorrowland. People from all around the world go, it’s all about the biggest DJ’s out there. If your looking into becoming a DJ then aim for Tomorrow land just like and actor ames for an Oscar. There theme is all mystic and mysterious, with fairies and magic and an incredible stage decorated head to toe in that theme. Tickets begin at $127 here in Brazil.

With all these festivals I can't help but talk about Coachella! I personally would innovate my entire wardrobe to go. Everyone that goes seems to be so in style. For bloggers that talk about fashion it's a great opportunity to talk about what's in trend and stuff I think it would be really nice, since there are so many celebrities go as well. Last year Leonardo DiCaprio even went! I cant wait to go. It's definitely on my bucket list.

That's all for now guy's! See ya later!
