Buzios

Hey guys! How’s it going? If you saw my snapchats (beatrizffontes) some time ago then you’ll know that I was in Buzios, RJ I was with my uncle, aunt, her father and my mom for five days.

I had a great time. See as how my mother and I were on our summer break here and my uncle and aunt were on vacation here in Brazil, we decided to rent a house from AirBnB for the five of us and enjoy as much as we could of this small town. The house we were in looked just like a tree house! Everything about the house looked very cool and made with care. I personally loved the whole thing.

We stayed near Geriba, the water was extremely cold and the beach was FULL. There was a lot of families and college students as well. I have been to Buzios before around July in 2012, but I stayed in Cabo Frio another town near by. We had gone for a day in Buzios to visit. My mom had made a promise in front of a church (the one in this photo) that we would return within five years.

And check us out! Five years later we were back in that same town, we went to that same beach we had seen before and I even got the opportunity to take a before and after pic in front of this beautiful house that is entirely covered in sea shells. Cool right?

On our last day we went to this Pizzeria had one of the best pizza’s ever! Walked around town and then came back to the house. If you’re ever looking for a nice place, where you could enjoy the beach, have a nice time and be able to walk around town where the crime rate is pretty low then Buzios is the place to go!
