Let's Get Physical!

Hellllo everyone! How are you guys doing? I've been feeling really pumped in the past few weeks, for those of you that don't know I have this aerobics class twice a week and I just love it! When I was younger I was always doing sports and active doing something. Ever since last year I've been having this classes and I can't lie, it's sometimes the highlight of my day and depending maybe even the week! Many of my friends go to the gym and work out, some play sports, and so on.

I was in class the other day I couldn't notice that the only reason I was moving soo fast was because I was in the rhythm of the beat to the song playing. I'm not sure if I'm the only one that does that but it started to make sense after thinking about it the move faster I did my exercise the more calories I'd burn! Lately many people have just not been exercising them selfs at all! Most kids that go to school with me can't even reach there on toes when they stretch! I'm talking about 16 to 18 years old.
